Why should you tape your mouth at night?
Sleep deeper. Snore less. Wake up with more energy.

Improve the quality of your sleep from the very first night
Taping your mouth at night supports restorative sleep — it reduces awakenings and snoring, and prolongs deep and REM sleep phases.

Teach your body to breathe through your nose
Nasal breathing filters and humidifies the air, increases oxygen intake, and reduces inflammation.

Boost energy and recovery
Nasal breathing increases nitric oxide levels (up to 20%), which improves oxygenation — more energy and faster recovery.

Support oral health
Taping your mouth reduces dry mouth and helps prevent cavities, and also improves tongue posture.

Step by step: how to safely and effectively use Bedrock plasters
HOW TO PROPERLY USE MOUTH TAPE FOR SLEEPING
Prepare for a calmer, deeper, and quieter sleep

1. Prepare your lips
Clean and dry your lips thoroughly for proper adhesion of the patch.

2. Carefully peel off
Start in the middle — at the foil's incision point — and slowly peel it off from both sides.

3. Stick on your lips
Center the patch so that the hole is in the middle of your mouth. Press and breathe calmly all night.

4. Remove in the morning
Upon waking, gently grasp the patch from one side and remove it. Breathe freely and start your day with energy.
Do you have any questions?
Yes, you can breathe normally.
Nasal breathing is the natural and optimal way for your body to breathe. Mouth taping supports this process in a safe and gentle way.
Our tapes do not block airflow—they are breathable and have a central opening that increases comfort and a feeling of freedom.
👉 If your nose is completely blocked or congested, do not use the tapes tonight.
Yes – for many people, from the very first nights.
Nasal breathing stabilises breathing, reduces awakenings and limits snoring.
The result?
Deeper, more restful sleep and more energy in the morning.
No — it has been designed with the skin of the face in mind.
Bedrock Patches are soft, flexible, and made of delicate, silk-like fibers.
They are hypoallergenic and easily peel off.
If they stick slightly in the morning, spray your skin with water or mist and gently remove.
If you have a stuffy nose—skip that night.
It's not about forcing your body, but about supporting natural breathing.
Return to using the strips when your nasal breathing is clear—that's when you'll see the best results.
Most people feel the difference after just 1–3 nights.
Sleep becomes calmer, you wake up less, and you feel more rested upon waking.
Most mouth tapes are not designed for sleep or delicate facial skin.
