Refund policy

We want you to love your Bedrock MouthTape experience. If you're not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns easy with a simple 2-step process.

Step 1: Contact Us

If you’re returning an unused and unopened product, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us via email at support@your-bedrock.com and we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item further. If your product is defective or incorrect, let us know right away, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. 

Step 2: Return the Product

Once we approve your return, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the item back. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept returns on opened products for health and hygiene reasons.
  • If you received a faulty or incorrect product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and arrange for a replacement at no extra charge.
