Absolutely not. If you have a blocked nose, do not use the patch—clear nasal passages are an absolute must.

Rest assured—your lips are in good hands. Our hypoallergenic adhesive is gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, if redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use of the patch.
Do you have severe nasal breathing problems, sleep apnea, or claustrophobia? Bedrock is not for you. We also do not recommend use during pregnancy or in cases of frequent reflux or nausea.

Not at all. Our patches have also been tested on men with beards and they adhere perfectly! Of course, smooth skin provides the best adhesion, but stubble is not a problem.
Gently, without tugging. Remove the tape by gently peeling it off from one side and slowly pulling it along your lips. If you wish, you can lightly moisten it with water to make removal easier.
All night long. Apply the patch before bed, remove it in the morning and enjoy the effects of truly restorative sleep.
Technically – yes. Our patches are flexible, and the hole in the middle allows you to speak freely or drink water if needed.

We use hypoallergenic materials; however, if you have sensitive skin or are concerned about a reaction, please test the patch first – apply it to your arm for about 10 minutes before bed.
