What Are the Benefits of Mouth Taping?
🔓 Unlock Deeper Sleep with One Small Habit

Improve your sleep quality from night one
Mouth taping supports uninterrupted, restorative sleep by reducing snoring and helping your body stay in deep and REM cycles longer.

Train your body to breathe through your nose
Nasal breathing is your body’s default mode. It filters air, boosts oxygen intake, and reduces inflammation — all while you sleep.

More Energy, Better Recovery
Nasal breathing increases nitric oxide by up to 20%, helping deliver oxygen more efficiently for better energy, focus, and physical recovery.

Support Your Oral + Facial Structure
Mouth taping encourages proper tongue posture, reduces dry mouth, and can even help prevent cavities and improve jawline definition.

We break down the science, habits, and hacks behind better breathing and deeper sleep — so you can feel and perform your best.
At Bedrock, we’re here to educate, not just sell.

Got Questions?
Your body’s smarter than you think — if something’s off, you’ll wake up. Nasal congestion? It happens. But here’s the deal: nasal breathing actually helps reduce swelling and open things up. And Bedrock tape is breathable by design. Start slow if you’re nervous — try taping during the day and work your way up to overnight. You got this.
No pain, all gain.
Bedrock tape is made for your face — soft, stretchy, and crafted with silk fibers that feel luxe but peel off easy. Oh, and it's hypoallergenic (you’re welcome). If it’s feeling a little clingy in the morning, just mist your face with your go-to spray and peel gently!
Light sleepers. Snorers. Biohackers. Exhausted parents. Glow-obsessed skincare queens. Anyone chasing deeper sleep, better mornings, and a quieter night. If you want to feel (and perform) better — this tape’s for you. AKA it's for EVERYONE, because we ALL need better sleep.
We’ve all been there — one nostril doing all the work, the other on vacation. But mouth taping isn’t about forcing anything. It’s about retraining your body to do what it was designed for: nasal breathing. Use a saline spray, do a little steam, slap on some nose strips, and let your breath do its thing.
It’s not magic. It’s science.
By gently closing your lips, you cue your body to breathe through your nose — where all the good stuff happens: better oxygen flow, snore control, deeper sleep, even glowier skin. Think of it as a tiny piece of tape that triggers a total body upgrade. You can learn more about the science behind mouth taping in our blog.
Glad you asked.
Not all tape is created equal — and we don’t mess around. Ours is breathable but secure. Chic but clinical. With a clever center slit and two shades that look good on your nightstand. Designed by wellness nerds, tested by real humans (who snore), and built to make mouth taping actually feel… sexy.
How to apply mouth tape
Better sleep starts before bedtime—here’s how to wind down right

1. Prep Your Skin
Make sure your lips and surrounding area are clean and dry — let your skincare sink in for 1-3 min before applying the tape.

2. Place It Right
Align the whole horizontally with the opening of your own mouth. Gently press from the center outwards to ensure it’s aligned with the shape of you mouth.

3. Remove Gently
In the morning, peel slowly from one corner — no tugging or rushing.Reminder: Our tape is designed for single use only.

4. In Case You’re Nervous...
Try it for 10–15 minutes while winding down — reading, scrolling, journaling. It helps your body adjust before committing to a full night.
